Things have been pretty busy yet chill at the Chapman Compound. Shane and I have both been pretty busy at work, my summer class is keeping me in reading, and this weekend we were visited by a few of our friends and family in preparation for two upcoming weddings this fall.
Through all of this our little Baby Bean (one of Macabean's many names) has been getting away with mischief, being precious, and hiding from all those silly popcorn storms we've been having. One of the things that he is REALLY not supposed to do is lay, lounge, or otherwise chill on the window sill between the living room window and DVD racks (see evidence below). We hiss at him for it and pick him up and put him in different windows but he loves this one... problem is he's going to knock down the DVDs and no one wants that for a few different reasons (they are in order, he may hurt himself, etc) ... argh!
This weekend Bean (and us) had visitors. Sarah, baby Alex, and Colleen came for Gails bridal shower and we had a wicked good time! Little Alex is super cute and its always nice to have a weekend with a few friends.
Today, my sister Amanda and her fiance David were in town and I snapped a few engagement pictures for them. Aren't they the cutest couple?
Yep, busy chill... that's about us right now :-)
