August Already?

Wow...has it been a long time since we updated! First things first... I finally figured out a way to easily share pictures without having multiple links. So on your right is"Our Digital Albums on Shutterfly". If you click there you can see all kinds of pictures and I'll add more as I get more. Also if you have links you would like to share (personal webpages, ect) please feel free to email them to me and I'll add those so that everyone can stay in touch and get to know eachother.

Okay, on to the update! July was a busy month (obviously, since we didn't get a thing posted:-) The weekend of the 4th we travelled to Indianapolis and spent the holiday with Todd and Roxann. We had a great time eating yummy food, catching up with them and watching the fireworks downtown.

The rest of the month we stayed close to home so that I could be available to act as a doula (birth partner) for our dear friends TC and Lisa. However, we had lots of visitors here! Midmonth, Denise and the kids came for an overnight visit. The girls stayed with friends and Denise and Griffen spent the night with us. It was such a nice visit; Shane and Griffen got some serious Mario time in, and Denise and I talked and talked! It was so cool to have them here! The following week Melissa came for a Friday night visit, I made my infamous Enchilada's and we had a good time just hanging out and relaxing.

Then, last Friday, our friend Lisa went into labor and I went and supported her and TC as they gave birth to thier son. I feel so truly blessed to have been there to support them and share in the birth of thier little boy. He is absolutely perfect! Congradulations and Thank You again guys!!!

Since then, we have welcomed August! It's hard to believe it's almost time for everybody to go back to school and it's getting closer to sweater weather?!!!? It also means that work will be getting busy for Shane, Macabean will start getting his winter fur, and I will start taking pictures of all those fall leaves!
