Following a work trip to Baltimore early in the week, Shane and I travelled north to Chicago to meet up with friends for the Gavin Rossdale concert benifiting the Lukemia&Lymphoma Foundation at the House of Blues. I've been a fan since, well, I've been a fan for a long time... and it was a truly great show. The venue is so intimate and relaxed. It was wonderful! Then we wandered around downtown Chicago for a bit before going back to the hotel for a little sleep.
Friday, was Colleen's birthday and so we went to the Structural Objects and Functional Art or SOFA show at Navy Pier. It was a good show with good friends!
Then Saturday, we celebrated with a yummy dinner at Bucca di Beppo and an after party complete with Rock Band!!!
I'm so blessed!!!

Wish we could have been there. You looked great for your birthday! I love the eye makeup.
Looks like you had good seats to the show too.
Anyway, sorry we couldn't be there. We are all done with the flu (I hope) but we're soooo busy. I still would have liked to be there though. LOVE you, Billie
I love you too sweetie! I would have loved to have you there but I understand illness. I'm glad you guys are all feeling better. Stay that way we'll see you soon.
