Happy Birthday to Me!

This past week (Wednseday to be specific) I celebrated my 29th birthday! It's hard to believe I'm officially "pushing 30" but here I be. Shane was still off on vacation and I took the day off and we went to see the Ming Dynasty exibition at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, followed by yummy baked goat cheese lunch at BARcelona Tapas downtown, then we test drove a few cars (because that is apparently what we do for fun now?!), then saw "Zack and Miri Make a Porno" (great movie, I heart Kevin Smith), and finished with a yummy as per usual dinner at my absolute favorite resturant, Cheesecake Factory. It was SO nice to actually celebrate my birthday with Shane (he's in in Vegas the past few years for the Microsoft conference) and all of my family and friends that emailed, snail mailed, texted, and called. THANK YOU!!!

Otherwise, I have been busy trying to finish my final concentration project which I am presenting "early" in December as opposed to April before I graduate. I chose to do this so I could have a slightly easier spring semester knowing I have the mini marathon, graduation, our 5 year anniversary, hopefully a trip to Toronto, and maybe looking for a house?! Soooo.... its just been a lot of gaming for Shane and writing for me. Now that its getting cold Macabean has been going back and forth between us snuggling to stay warm. It's tooo cute! all that hair and he still gets chilly.
