This past weekend we travelled to Evansville (and then back in the home in the windy remains of Ike... thank heavens for power steering) to celebrate my step - sister Amanda's wedding to our new brother in law, David. I served as the official wedding photographer which was totally fun and totally nerve racking. We also got to see family and friends we haven't seen eons! Denise and the kids came down from Canada and wow, how the kids have grown since we saw them last in March! So here are a few pictures of us from the wedding. I'm working on uploading them so there will be more! I assure you :)
Shane and I and our traditional event self portraits. Shane is of course purposefully making is sad face. Someday he's going to give in and smile in a picture :) Someday!!! On the travel to and from I managed to finish a knitting project and start another so the knitting is still going strong!!! Shane is still really busy with work but things are starting to slow down a little. Macabean didn't seem to mind that we were gone last weekend and wants everyone to know that he was NOT impressed with the noise from the wind.
My finished knitting projects... a wrap for cold days at the office and paprika scarf!
