April Showers & Stresses...

The month of April (or really any month preceding the end of the semester) means stress in the Chapman household. This time around we at least got to start off with a party!

This past weekend I cohosted a baby shower for our friend Sarah and her soon to be arriving son Alex. So we had a full house, er, apartment with Sarah & Eric and Colleen & John and it was a blast!!! Saturday during the shower the menfolk battled aliens, enemies, and guitar gods (via the wii, xbox360, and whatever other gaming device they chose:-) and then it was dinner at Cheesecake Factory and back to the apartment for movies and merriment. Sunday the Woodsie reunion ended and it was back to the books for me.

I have my internship paper, executive summary for policy, and loads of studying to do for human disease and prevention, oh my!! I have also made the executive decision to take a class this summer.... Historical Epidemiology here I come!

Shane has also been busy... car shopping! He's currently making the big decision between a newish GTO or a late 90s miata... very different I know but its whatever makes him happy! We'll keep you all posted..

Next up... Dinner with the Gish's before they move to Canada!... oh Canada!
