We had a nice, peaceful Christmas starting with a Christmas Eve visit to Kokomo to visit Denise, David, and the kids. We had a blast baking, playing video games, and generally just enjoyed time together! Today I got up early to start brining our turkey (which turned out great thanks to Jen's recipe). We watched Christmas movies and enjoyed relaxing together. We'll be celebrating with the Chapman's in January... good for extending the Christmas holiday as long as possible :)
In very sad news, we lost my great Aunt Helen today. She is no longer in pain but she will be missed terriably. Please keep our family in your prayers.

I am sorry to hear about your aunt. It is always hard, but espesically this time of year. I hope your Mom had a Happy 60th Birthday! And I hope your sister had a safe move to Canada.
