It's hot, it's humid, the pool is open, and the fireworks have exploded... it's summer!!!
Last weekend we went to Bloomington for dinner with the crew down there. It was fun to hang out and see everyone but it seemed to fly by. We'll be heading down again towards the end of July for James' birthday and another visit.

To celebrate the 4th of July we travelled to Saint Louis for a visit with Mom & Dad Chapman, Colleen & John, and Sarah & Eric. While there we went to a car show, took the Budweiser tour, visited the Saint Louis Science Center's Marvel Comic Book Exhibit, and some shopping. All in all a good long weekend!
Today we went the smartcar event at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and drive a fourtwo smartcar. I don't think we'll be buying one but it was a lot of fun to play with.

Oh my god, aren't the SmartCars so much fun to drive? My husband and I took one out for a spin in Chicago not too long ago, nice ride, but too expensive.
